1. Classic Vanilla Bean Mini Bundts

- Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla bean paste (or 1 vanilla bean)
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease mini bundt pans.
- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk.
- Spoon into pans and bake 18-22 minutes.
- Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
2. Lemon Burst Mini Bundts

- Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp lemon zest
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Instructions:
- Preheat to 350°F. Grease mini bundt pans.
- Mix dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar.
- Beat in eggs, lemon zest, and juice.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and sour cream.
- Fill pans and bake 20 minutes.
- Drizzle with lemon glaze when cool.
3. Double Chocolate Fudge Mini Bundts

- Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease pans.
- Combine dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add sour cream.
- Mix in dry ingredients, then fold in chips.
- Bake 20 minutes. Cool and glaze if desired.
4. Maple Pecan Mini Bundts (Gluten-Free)

- Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- Instructions:
- Preheat to 350°F. Grease pans.
- Mix all ingredients until smooth.
- Fold in pecans.
- Spoon into pans. Bake 18-20 minutes.
- Cool and top with extra maple glaze.

- Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup strawberry puree
- Instructions:

- Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup almond milk + 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tbsp orange zest
- 1/2 cup chopped cranberries
- Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix wet ingredients. Stir in dry.
- Fold in zest and cranberries.
- Bake 20 minutes. Cool and drizzle orange glaze.
8. Cinnamon Streusel Mini Bundts

- Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar

- Ingredients:
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
- Instructions:
